Our process – from inquiry to delivery

Step 1 Simply request a quote and provide your requirements. Think about dimensions, boat type, intended use, and preference for fabric and color. Based on this, we provide targeted advice and a suitable price quotation.

Step 2 The frame is made entirely to measure. We bend and shape the stainless steel so that it fits your boat perfectly and stands firmly under all conditions.

Step 3 Creating a template for the fabric. Using plastic template film, we first create an accurate template so that the fabric will fit the frame perfectly.

Step 4 Fabric making in the sailmaking workshop.

In our sailmaking workshop, the fabric is made entirely to measure using professional industrial sewing machines from the Juki brand. These machines are specially designed for processing heavy and technical fabrics, allowing us to guarantee strong and durable seams.

We work with various types of high-quality fabrics, from our own fabric to well-known brands such as Sunbrella and Valmex. Depending on your requirements and intended use, we advise on the right material choice. Furthermore, we offer a 5-year warranty against discoloration on our canvases, ensuring you have a product that stays beautiful for a long time.

In addition to the canvas itself, we also make a perfectly fitting storage cover so that your bimini top remains neatly protected when not in use.

Step 5: Delivery.

Upon completion of production, we ensure the proper delivery of your bimini top. The average delivery time is between 2 and 3 weeks.

Because it can be busier during the high season, we always coordinate the exact schedule with you in advance. This way, you know exactly what to expect and when you can anticipate your bimini top.
