We understand that transparency is important, which is why shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart before you check out. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged to a greater extent than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exception for custom-made products

Some products purchased through this webshop are custom-made according to the specifications you entered. Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is therefore final upon successful payment.
